Community Health Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work alongside with our Center for Advanced Heart Care team at Community Hospital Anderson located in Anderson, IN.

Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to practice in the Center for Advanced Heart Care outpatient clinic located at Community Hospital Anderson in Anderson, IN. The Center for Advanced Heart Care provides a patient-focused practice, which delivers evidence-based healthcare to aid in patient cardiac management. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits with paid continuing medical education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of cardiology experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.

• Requires the ability to educate patients, families, nursing staff and physicians on medical options and choices of care.

• Must possess the ability to independently evaluate 8-12 patients a day and handle stressful situations.

• Ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, flexible, and open to change and new ideas.

• No weekend or call commitment required.

Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
