• Cultivate strong partnerships and collaboration with all facets of the product team, including design, product management, and engineering.

• Develop and present concepts using prototypes and presentations to convey the product vision.

• Craft exceptional user experiences and translate them into precise design specifications to guide engineering in transforming vision into reality and delivering top-notch consumer experiences.

• Collaborate closely with multiple design teams across various locations to ensure seamless functionality and workflows across the application.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to translate research insights into exceptional product experiences, demonstrating proficiency in both visual and interaction design principles. It should highlight your problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and delivery of comprehensive end-to-end scenarios.

• Professional experience: Over 5+ years of experience in delivering digital products within a product/software environment.

• User-centricity: Deep understanding of user-centric design principles, with the ability to extract user insights from various data sources and design experiences that cater to their needs.

• Strong storytelling skills: Ability to generate empathy, articulate a vision, and design impactful solutions using written and verbal communication, presentations, and organizational skills.

• Visual design expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in visual design and examples of consumer-grade work, with skills in crafting and delivering pixel-perfect workflows, prototypes, and concept pitches using presentations and videos.

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, AfterEffects, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in prototyping tools: Figma, Protopie.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in product design, HCI, interaction design, industrial design, communication design, architecture, or equivalent experience
