Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 Retail Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail module. Collaborating closely with project stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and tailored solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Retail Module Customization and Development:

  • Customize and develop features within the Dynamics 365 Retail module to align with specific business requirements.

  • Implement and rigorously test code changes, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional team members, including architects, analysts, and testers, to ensure the delivery of cohesive and integrated solutions.

  • Actively participate in code reviews, providing valuable insights and feedback.

Configuration and Deployment:

  • Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 Retail components and features meticulously.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and deployment.

Integration and Data Migration:

  • Contribute to the seamless integration of the Dynamics 365 Retail module with other systems and applications.

  • Play a key role in data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Custom POS Development:

  • Develop and customize Point of Sale (POS) features and functionalities within Dynamics 365 Retail.

  • Ensure the POS system aligns with industry best practices and client requirements.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development activities.

  • Enhance and update documentation related to configurations, customizations, and POS development.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify and proactively address technical challenges and issues.

  • Collaborate with the team to formulate efficient and effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Retail Developer, emphasizing customization and development within the Retail module.

  • Proficiency in X++, C#, and other relevant programming languages.

  • In-depth understanding of retail industry processes and Dynamics 365 Retail functionalities.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
