Do you have a passion for Human Resources and Accounting? If so, this is the opportunity for you! This position encompasses a range of administrative tasks including accounting responsibilities, HR support, sales team assistance, and opeational duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess superior problem-solving abilities, and bilingual preferred but not required. Candidates should have prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in landscaping or related industry. salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Support various operational tasks to ensure smooth daily activities within the branch

  • Arrange travel accommodations for staff as required

  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll, benefits, health and safety, leave requests and counseling

  • Aid the sales team with the preparation and management of sales contracts, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions

  • Receive and key invoices into the accounting system accurately and promptly

  • Assist with financial reporting, reconciliation, and other accounting tasks as needed

  • Conduct new employee orientations and manage the employee onboarding experience

  • Oversee unidorm distribution and inventory management

  • Serve as liasion between HR leadership and branch employees
