Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure successful selection and onboarding of top talent.

• Support benefits and leave administration, covering short-term disability, workers' compensation, FMLA, and personal leave.

• Participate in job fairs and college recruitment activities to attract top talent.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local legal regulations and processes.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or a related field is required.

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on coordination and administration.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
