Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will be responsible for overseeing a production line that produces various fasteners for multiple automotive companies. You will be expected to perform visual inspection and quality checks on finished products, unload hoppers, and prepare boxes for shipment. You'll also use an RF scanner to track outgoing inventory and load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors. As part of your role, you'll perform minor maintenance on machines as needed and assist with other production tasks as required. All job duties must be performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Hard Skills

• Manufacturing experience - operating a machine, running a production line

• Able to lift 50lbs throughout the shift

• Attention to detail - quality checks
