Logitech Summer Internship Program - Material Engineer Intern in Hsinchu, Taiwan

The Role:

As an intern of our material innovation team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Industry Design and Product Design Engineer team to create human centered and innovative products. This is a paid 2 months internship based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

  • Conduct material research across Logitech’s product and drive innovative factors including performance, comfort, color and sustainability

  • Work closely with ID/UX colleagues and suppliers to deliver practical prototyping products and make the innovation concept into reality

  • Establish the material database for future innovation

  • You will be able to experience being a material innovation engineer, and learn not only the latest material knowledge but also cooperation skills with different functions and external suppliers

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Basic knowledge of material including but not limited to plastics, composites and metals

  • The ability to conduct material research and development independently, and share research findings in clear and compelling ways

  • Teamwork spirits, proactive personability to lead the discussion among team members.

  • Passion for material innovation, who is eager to create something exciting together.

Education:

• BA or MA in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
