Requirements:

• Proficiency in TIG welding various materials.

• Experience in turbine repair preferred.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Turbine repair experienced candidates: $30+ per hour.

• TIG welding proficient candidates without turbine repair experience: $20 to $30 per hour.

• Full benefits package including healthcare and retirement plans.

• Opportunities for overtime and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of the position is turbine rotor and bucket repair. The technician will have to preform repair duties with an emphasis on TIG welding. The technician may also be asked to perform other duties around the shop, including but not limited to forklift operation.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
