Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of treasury and accounting functions across our industry. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining financial stability and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP S/4HANA to manage and analyze financial data.

• Handle all accounting functions with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Conduct account reconciliation on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Analyze Financial Statements to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Carry out auditing tasks as required, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to inform financial decision-making.

• Continuously strive for process improvement in all aspects of the treasury function.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP S/4HANA

• In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions and Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Ability to Analyze Financial Statements and draw actionable insights

• Familiarity with Auditing processes and standards

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
