Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and shape our company culture. This person will partner with client's PEO to execute HR functions for less than 100 employees.
This position is on-site full-time in NE Houston. Our ideal candidate is experienced and comfortable being a hands-on, department-of-one, working Manager.
Responsibilities
HR Generalist Expertise: Leverage HR experience to oversee various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
Culture Cultivation: Bring your passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and align with our core values.
Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies by developing and implementing HR policies that contribute to a harmonious work environment.
Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with leadership teams to align HR strategies with overall business goals, fostering effective communication and strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience across HR functions - Employee Relations, Benefits Admin, Culture, Payroll
Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance.
Demonstrated success in enhancing company culture.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
