As a Sales Operations Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales success. You will ensure the vitality of our sales pipeline, provide insightful analytics, and support the sales process. Your expertise will guide our month-end and quarter-end deal closures, contributing to the overall health and acceleration of our sales operations.

What you will do:
• Manage sales forecasting and maintain pipeline health
• Deliver proactive pipeline analytics to sales leaders
• Ensure pipeline accuracy and velocity
• Support the sales process and coordinate deal closures
• Monitor deal review status and provide follow-up
• Analyze and report on sales KPIs and cost of sales
• Forecast sales to revenue conversion
Skills and experiences
• Proficient in data analysis with keen attention to detail
• Skilled in presenting data with actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills to support sales teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with offshore teams
