Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Totality Project Manager to join our US Immunology Medical Affairs Team. This individual contributor will be responsible for entering and closing out all Totality requests in collaboration with the Project Owner for Advisory Boards and Steering Committee Meetings ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and a high level of precision in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure supplier has an active supplier profile in Aravo and has registered for ACH electronic payment

Manage the entry and closure of Totality requests for Advisory Boards and Steering Committee Meetings for the US Immunology Medical Affairs Team.

Totality project metric tracking (e.g. Steering Committee, Ad Boards, etc.), Ensure all documentation meets SOP and healthcare compliance standards and regulations.

Collaborate with Project Owners, Program Managers and Clinical Project Scientists to gather necessary information and facilitate request processing.

Maintain organized records of all Totality requests and associated documentation.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the status of requests and any required actions.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Become a Subject Matter Expert in Totality and assist in training and onboarding of new team members on Totality processes

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance rules and regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Knowledge of project management principles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience preferred.
