As the Maintenance Client Specialist, you will be aligned with a client group and accountable for reviewing and auditing front-line escalated maintenance transactions in accordance with client policy and parameters. You will execute with a sense of urgency and make the clients' interaction with Element easy and consistent. This position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with full benefits, working from home. We provide all computer equipment needed to perform your job from home. A Day in the Life Builds and sustains professional working relationships with client contacts in assigned portfolio. In conjunction with the Maintenance Client Partner (MCP), the Specialist proactively seeks to understand objectives around maintenance, recognizes need, and may participate in client visits. In conjunction with the MCP, establishes deep client relationships to create a dependency based on credibility, trust, proactive communication, and technical expertise. Provide support and training for client contacts on the use of Element's maintenance authorization process/system. Execute both routine and complex or escalated maintenance requests and activities in accordance with the client's policies, procedures, and priorities. Communicates directly with clients to address concerns, obtain additional required detail, and solve all outstanding issues. Receives, completes, coordinates, and/or escalates maintenance requests and activities directly with suppliers on behalf of external clients in accordance with client direction and policy. Manage exceptions to ensure processes/requests are handled timely, are followed through to completion, and communicates outcome to the client. Identifies requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverages subject matter experts to resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently. Takes ownership of client issues and resolution; applies critical thinking and problem-solving/root cause analysis to identify solutions and works with the client to ensure resolution meets expectations.
