What you'll do...

Senior Manager, Agency Partnerships

Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a team focused on growing our partnerships across multiple of the world's leading Agency Holding Companies. You will be directly responsible for managing the health of your book of business and designing plans that enable your business to meet agency and company goals. In addition, you will be responsible for creating team strategy, managing team resources effectively and ensuring your team's priorities and needs are visible across Walmart Connect.

This role requires a sales leader that has experience and deep understanding of the current agency landscape and epitomizes a team player. You will not only lead your team but also serve as a member of the Agency leadership team helping to drive initiatives that span outside your book of business. You will be a key voice across all partnerships and help to maintain and enhance team culture. You will also own senior relationships across your book of business and may also represent the full agency team at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Building a strategy that drives results while strategically building a business for the future

• Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop and execute go to market plans to meet joint business partnership goals

• Create scalable solutions that accelerate revenue across multiple Agencies and client types

• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth

• Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development

• Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of agency needs

• Evangelize WMC with agencies, clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities and champion WMC product releases internally and externally

• Become a n agency resource within the Hoboken office

• Travel 50% of the time if based in San Bruno

Minimum Qualification

• BA/BS degree required

• 14+ years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects

• 3+ years of people management, preferable within a digital media sales company

• Experience across multiple Holding Companies or Agencies

• Experience working in a global capacity

• Experience working cross-functionally, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results

• Experience building working relationships at all levels of sales management, especially VP+ Experience in working with retail media, programmatic and CTV platforms

• Experience with technically integrations that enable agencies to scale revenue, especially APIs and Data Clean Rooms

• Analytical experience with experience diagnosing problems and crafting solutions but also introduce ways to validate and measure outcomes

• A self-starter who takes initiative and is action oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
