Job Purpose and Impact

The Customer Service Specialist is all about delighting our customers and constantly innovating the customer experience that we provide for our customers and business partners via effective processes and with the help of future implementation & digitalization of tools and technology.

Key Accountabilities

  • To execute reports, analyze data, generate actionable insights and analytics for the company to be able to continuously improve customer experience and processes.

  • Support operations on processing sales orders from customers and proactively communicate with customers and business partners on issues, challenges and provide solutions.

  • Execute customer service strategies and be part of a team to drive customer experience initiatives, and embrace the philosophy of customer first mindset and behaviors in everything we do, building a strong rapport with customers.

  • Provide support to continuous improvement projects to improve customer experience, reengineer processes and transform systems to be customer centric.

  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience

  • Strong communication skills in English (Read/Write/Speak) and Vietnamese (is a MUST)

  • Prior working experience within the customer services/ support related roles will be an added advantage

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)

  • Comfortable working with data and numbers

  • Team player with troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
