BLS, a premier provider of ground transportation services across the U.S., is seeking skilled Dispatchers to join our Operations Center in Hicksville, NY (11801). This dynamic role involves coordinating luxury car services worldwide, ensuring a seamless experience for our high-end clientele.
Shift Available:
- Morning / Afternoon (Saturday availability required)
Key Responsibilities:
Assign reservations and dispatch Chauffeurs for timely service.
Maintain consistent communication with Chauffeurs, guaranteeing top-tier service delivery.
Monitor flight schedules, airport operations, and traffic conditions to preemptively address potential service disruptions.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior dispatching experience, preferably in the ground transportation industry.
Ability to stay calm and efficient under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
Proficiency with Excel and strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Santa Cruz dispatch software.
