Sodexo is seeking a Fulltime Registered Dietitian to work with Catholic Health Services at Villa Maria West Skilled Nursing Facility in Hialeah Gardens, FL. Catholic Health Services specializes in first-rate skilled nursing capabilities, delivered in a healing culture of dignity, respect and spiritual well-being.

The successful candidate will:

• be a Registered Dietitian with FL state licensure;

• have experience working in post-acute rehab, preferred ;

• provide nutritional care to residents in long-term care and short-term rehab;

• conduct quality improvement initiatives such as test trays and meal rounds; and/or

• represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
