As the Restaurant General Manager, you identify the strongest crew and train them to

• Have at least five (5) years restaurant/retail and people management experience

• Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based off P&Ls

• Digitally driven with proficiency and interest using various tools and platforms

• Possesses strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational and interpersonal

communication skills

• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation

The range for this role is $60,000-80,000. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience

Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your geographical location, state laws, experience, and

other job-related factors.
