IBM Pipeline Coordinator Internship in Heredia, Costa Rica

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Pipeline Coordinator you will get developed to take actions that drive applicant flow across roles for both current openings and building pipeline for future positions. You'll manage applicant intake, reviewing applications and executing the pipeline movement from initial application stage to qualified shortlist. You'll learn about the skills and experience the business, then review pipelines of preliminarily assessed applicants, selecting those who are qualified to a shortlist. You'll partner with the business aligned Recruiting Selection Specialist and Domain Recruiters for feedback and continuous learning about requirements. You are responsible for the overall health of the pipeline, checking and acting on any aging applications in various stages of the recruiting cycle. You'll provide pipeline data reports that reflect the status and progress of the candidate life cycle and disposition candidates who do not meet the screening criteria. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prioritize candidate pipeline based on the identified skill and business requirements. * Plan, and execute the movement of the candidate pipeline from the initial application stage to the qualified shortlist-ready talent pool. * Manage a healthy candidate pipeline with a collection of pre-assessed qualified candidates throughout the hiring cycle. * Participate in weekly cadence with the Selection specialist to understand the hiring demand across BUs and hire types. * Optimize the pipeline by checking the aging of candidates in various HR statuses and action accordingly. * Partner with IBM's Talent insight's team to run skill-based candidate outreach campaigns. * Effectively work on pipeline data reports and monitor the progress of candidates moving through the candidate life cycle. * Disposition candidates who do not qualify for the screening criteria and those who have failed the assessments. * Flexibility to work with different stake holder across time zones. * Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools. * Ability to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools such as BrassRing. * Communicate with various stakeholders. * Curiosity & Growth Mindset. * Used to work in collaboration with a team and stakeholders. * Ability to adapt to change outcome focused. * Fluent in English (spoken and written) * Knowledge in Microsoft Office * Advanced studies in Administration, Human Resources or any related field. * Time Management and Prioritization skills. * Attention to details.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support. * Knowledge or Experience in HR best practices. * Understanding of Recruitment Funnel Metrics and to develop data and Insights from the same. * Knowledge of data health in BrassRing. Ability to segregate Incorrect, duplicate, irrelevant employee records and dispositioning them. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data tables and generating.
