Job Title: Construction Foreman

Job Description

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Foreman, where you will collaborate with estimators to organize and set up projects, including layouts, forms, and materials. Your responsibilities will involve hands-on work in the field, such as pouring, mixing, and pinning concrete forms. You will also handle tasks related to asphalt installation and forming for sidewalks, foundations, floors, and roadways. Additionally, your role will include shooting grades and performing demolition work on old concrete structures.

Hard Skills

• 1-3+ years experience working with concrete blueprints, forms, and drawings

• Ability to plan and lay out pours and materials

• 1-5+ years experience leading construction and concrete teams

Soft Skills

Work Environment

Work will be conducted outside or on-site at industrial plants.
