Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our luxury cabinet warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and productivity.

• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing luxury cabinet products with precision and care.

• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control to minimize errors and ensure accurate stock levels.

• Coordinate with sales and production teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to create a secure working environment.

• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline inbound and outbound logistics processes.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
