Are you a detail-oriented leader with a background in operations and quality management? We are looking for an Operations and Quality Manager to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a salary paid role in the range of 100K-110K depending on experience. Hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm M-Th. Must have previous managerial experience in a production environment and be able to lead by example. Familiarity with CMM would be a way to seperate yourself from the pack. Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations to exceed customer expectations.
Resource Optimization: Allocate resources effectively and utilize assets for optimal results.
Quality Monitoring: Oversee quality performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, review findings, implement corrective actions, and track completion.
Process Improvement: Enhance manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products.
Procedure Development: Develop and review product and process specifications and procedures; train staff accordingly.
Supplier Compliance: Set and monitor compliance requirements for raw materials.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal obligations, regulatory standards, and health and safety guidelines.
Product Oversight: Supervise product development to identify and correct deviations from quality standards.
Final Inspection: Inspect final products to ensure they meet requirements and approve or reject them.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
Client Interaction: Collect client feedback, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors
