About IS&T Corporate systems:

Mission of Corporate Systems is to ensure consistent, transparent and standard methods to deliver high-quality, best-in-class business systems with strong governance that are timely, compliant, innovative, and help the mission of Bechtel Business Services (BBS), Human Resources (HR), Management Information & Planning (MI&P) and Industrial Relations (IR).

The core function of Corporate Systems is to Develop, implement, maintain and help the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supporting Global Payroll, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Legal, Procure-to-Pay, Facilities, Travel and Expenses, Time Collection, HR, IR, Benefits and Employee Assignment Management. It also Manage, monitor and maintain access controls, scheduled job runs and system integrations with internal and external upstream and downstream systems.

About Vertical Shared Services

IT Shared Services is to improve the business performance of Bechtel, specifically Bechtel Business Service, Corporate HR, Corporate Finance and US Craft IR functional organizations, by delivering high quality Application Operations and Security, Information Management, Reporting and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Legal Document Management and IT Portfolio Services for Corporate System.

The current position RPA Developer is in vertical IT shared Services.

Job Title: RPA Developer:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop RPA processes using UIPath and OCR

  • Work with process subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to understand key process requirements and document the current state by leveraging existing documentation, conducting interviews and observations

  • Propose best-fit RPA solution based on approved process definition documentation

  • Help the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment

  • Develop reusable RPA objects and ensure consistent use by development team

  • Maintain the best practices and technical governance documentation

What are the must haves for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required

  • UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification is required

Skills Required:

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java

  • Previous experience working with UiPath

  • Profound understanding of RPA development methodology

  • Experience with an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation content and delivery skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Results-oriented with judicious-thinking and a sense of urgency

  • Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
