Robert Half Sr. Customer Service Representative in Hartland, Wisconsin

Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client's team on a contract to hire basis. If you have a knack for mechanical and electrical diagnostics, excellent customer service skills, and experience with compressed air systems, we would like to meet you. Your primary role would be to provide detailed and accurate diagnostics of compressed air systems and accessories and provide high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise mechanical and electrical diagnostics of compressed air systems and accessories, creating detailed, accurate reports.

• Manage several daily customer interactions through calls, emails, and messages, addressing concerns, answering questions, and troubleshooting any issues.

• Generate sales through quotations for parts and equipment.

• Interpret operation and parts manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints to support customers adequately.

• Work with a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment to assist on-site technicians.

• Maintain safety regulations concerning compressed air and electrical systems, including the use of appropriate PPE.

• Provide local on-site support to technicians for system startups.

• Potentially, workload might involve periods of standing, sitting, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, kneeling, or squatting.

• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs.

• Use technical writing skills to create guides for customers & technicians for service work.

This position allows remote work after assessing the capacity to perform tasks independently.
