Description We are seeking an Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I, located in HARTFORD, Connecticut. This job offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient services and support, using their computer skills and knowledge of Epic Software.

Responsibilities:

• Managing patient records with a high level of accuracy

• Processing customer applications efficiently

• Resolving patient inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Ensuring all patient services are delivered in accordance with the industry standards

• Utilizing Epic Software for maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments

• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations

• Flexibility in working hours to ensure seamless patient service

• Utilizing strong computer skills for optimal performance

• Acting as the first point of contact for patients, demonstrating a patient-centric approach at all times. Requirements • Must possess knowledge of Medical Coverage

• Strong Computer Skills are required

• Proficiency in PC OS is mandatory

• Experience with Epic Software is necessary

• Prior experience in Patient Services is essential

• Candidates should be local to the job location
