Aston Carter Operations Analyst in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Description:

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to assist in the development and implementation of effective business strategies. Will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, develop recommendations to optimize business processes, and ensure the organization is meeting its goals and objectives.

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled, and goals are met.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

  • Review corporate documents/communications to ensure consistent message across the organization.

  • Work closely with department teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology and Corporate Services.

  • Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.

  • Coordinate business continuity exercises and drills, analyzing outcomes and recommending improvements.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical business functions and develop strategies to ensure their continuity during disruptions.

  • Works with key stakeholders to identify areas of business risk to prioritize efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing operations, data, or related field within an organization

  • Experience with crisis management and response planning

  • Regression Analysis experience is a big plus

  • Master's degree is a plus
