DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Human Services Analyst, you manage the project planning for the regulatory process and continue updating and revising as necessary for the Chapter 2600 and 2800 regulations. In this position, you serve as an integral member of the BHSL team by providing process analysis, project management, and facilitation of regulatory package proposed and final rule making. The primary focus of this position is to review and analyze Pennsylvania regulations and requirements under Title 55, Chapter 20 for licensure or approval of facilities and agencies, Chapter 2600 Personal Care Homes and Chapter 2800 Assisted Living Residences, research similar regulations in other states, and assist in updating and clarifying regulations. You report to the Bureau Director and work with the licensing and directing teams to analyze regulations and processes.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to five (5) days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
