DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position serves as a Human Resource Assistant 2 and performs duties for the Department of Revenue Human Resource Office. You will be responsible for administrative duties pertaining to a variety of human resource program areas such as:  assisting in the review and management of personnel action requests, managing the filing and purging of documents in the electronic official personnel files, reviewing financial disclosures and responding to general human resource related inquiries. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience as a Human Resource Assistant 1; or Two years of clerical or other comparable experience, one year of which involved performance of limited technical duties in the field of human resource work; or An equivalent combination of experience and training
