DESCRIPTION OF WORK You will administer a comprehensive employee safety and health program in accordance with the Commonwealth's Accident and Illness Prevention Program (AIPP) and prepare annual AIPP reports. You will also analyze safety statistics to develop corrective plans and provide assistance to managers regarding employee safety. In addition, you will also assist with distributing and monitoring compliance with the State Employees Assistance Program and Drug Free Workplace policies. Additional duties include coordinating unemployment compensation claims, maintaining records, serving as the workplace violence coordinator.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the Health and Welfare Building in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Human Resource Analyst 1 including six months in the area of the parenthetical; or One year of experience in the performance of professional human resource duties, including six months of experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
