As a Grants, Statistical Development, and Compliance Manager, you will manage the day-to-day program management of grants, statistical data development, and compliance tracking. Work includes procuring, reviewing, analyzing, and managing federal, state, and discretionary grants and initiatives for the Apprenticeship and Training Office within the Department of Labor & Industry. You will be working with the Bureau of Workforce Development Administration (BWDA) to prepare and process grant agreements and notice of obligations (NOO) to the Local Workforce Development Boards and other grantees utilizing federal and state funds to support apprenticeship efforts. Work includes monitoring grant projects for fiscal and programmatic compliance as well as processing closeouts. Additionally, you will perform and supervise the day-to-day activities of all grants, data, statistical, and compliance staff within the office. You will have the opportunity to serve as a lead for procedural and policy development as well as act as a liaison with all workforce and grant partners for coordinated activities.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Workforce Development Analyst 2; or Three years of experience in performing technical work in a workforce development program, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
