Commonwealth of Pennsylvania FMLA Coordinator (Human Resource Analyst 1 - General) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 4440286 THE POSITION The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a professional Human Resource Analyst 1 in the Systems and Services Division. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with coordinating agencies Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and modified duty programs. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position will serve as one of seven agency FMLA coordinators and has sole responsibility for the administration of the FMLA program for assigned areas. You will serve as an agency coordinator for other leave programs including additional sick family leave, leave donation program, military leave program and the non-work-related modified duty program. In this role, you will review and process FMLA requests for the agency, process payroll each week, and handle the leave donation and additional sick family program.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, once your chain of command confirms you have been adequately trained to do so. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.
