DESCRIPTION OF WORK As part of this role, you will have a key responsibility in organizing the Deputy Secretary for Planning's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans. You will also be in charge of reviewing and completing different types of correspondence and memos related to the Office of Planning, ensuring they adhere to the necessary formatting and grammar guidelines. Moreover, you will handle tasks like managing phone calls and visitors, preparing meeting documents, and serving as the primary contact for coordinating administrative duties such as automotive use, training, travel, and state employee assistance program (SEAP).

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Three years of progressively responsible experience in secretarial work. Appropriate formal post high school secretarial training may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
