DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will efficiently handle customer service tasks while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. You will be tasked with rectifying discrepancies in driver license records through thorough research and resolution. Additionally, you will support various work units by investigating driver license records and assess REAL ID eligibility and compliance. The REAL ID Bureau will rely on your expertise to review documents across different platforms to ensure they meet the necessary requirements outlined in Real ID laws, policies, and guidelines.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 60-minute lunch. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Please check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
