The Farm Show Management Office relies on this position to carry out a diverse range of clerical tasks that are crucial for the smooth operation of the office. These responsibilities encompass various activities such as drafting correspondence and handling large-scale mailings, organizing and distributing incoming mail, addressing inquiries from the public, and inputting exhibitor data into the office's designated systems. By efficiently managing these duties, this role plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the Farm Show and its administrative operations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Temporary, Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Overtime may be expected. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
