Program Manager Job Responsibilities
Creare is focused on developing and manufacturing new high-technology products for a variety of customers and marketplaces.
Creare is seeking a Program Manager to be responsible for the overall management of a specific project or projects. Those projects may include innovative products for aerospace, medical and government sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide operational management of projects which includes developing schedules and budgets and managing expenditures and project execution
- Serve as primary customer contact
- Identify staffing and other resources required for each project
- Oversees, approves, and responsible for the creation of responses to RFQ\'s, additional changes in contract/program scope, and/or any and all customer or internal changes that affect program goals/metrics (i.e. cost, gross margin, schedule(s))
- Provide coordination of reviews and requests as well as contract negotiation
- Ensure projects are in compliance with customer and government standards and requirements as applicable
- Oversee day-to-day activities and provide recommendations to improve operation efficiencies
- Interface directly with all internal department leads, outside suppliers/vendors and especially the customer regarding all facets of program control, management, and reporting
- Generate and provide all required reporting
