• Ensure the business (tires and affiliated products) in accordance with the strategy of the Business Area Original Equipment Tires

• Develop a strategy in alignment with the account management for a long-term sustainable business to achieve best profits

• Act as technical liaison between OE customer and the Continental team

• Secure the timely achievement of all technical approvals in strong collaboration with OEMs R&D facility 

The Position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden and will run under a Swedish contract.

• University degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or similar technical education

• Several years of experience in tire development, and/or automotive engineering

• Very good project management skills and experience in leading projects (preferably with an international focus)

• International work experience and/or work experience in an intercultural environment for several years

• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
