We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations while managing financial tasks efficiently using QuickBooks software.

Responsibilities:

Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Manage vendor relationships, process payments, and maintain accurate records of expenses. Generate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Coordinate office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and handling correspondence. Collaborate with other departments or team members to ensure smooth operations.

salary: $18 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Financial Management: Utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, generating invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and maintaining budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial data to inform decision-making.

Payroll Administration: Processing payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Vendor Management: Managing vendor relationships, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of expenses.

Reporting: Generating financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial health.

Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, recording purchases and sales, and reconciling inventory records with financial data.

Office Administration: Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Team Coordination: Collaborating with other departments or team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
