The Crew Members will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service every time they are on the clock.

Requirements
Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
Meet safety and sanitation standards
Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
Works well in a team environment
17 years of age and above with some exceptions
Reliable Transportation
Serving coffee, food, ice/cream
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Increase overall sales by upselling and cross-selling
