As the role of Sr. Engg software, you will work in domain of desktop based software development for different devices for Industrial products and will be part of diverse team of talented cross functional team that focuses on complete product development. You will work with Product Owner to set your priorities, ensuring the achievement of deliverables and other milestones, collaborate with other engineering and product teams in the company, establish a technical growth path and improve the way we deliver value to our customers. Your contribution to group will be part of a global organization focused on providing state of the art software products in Industrial control and Protection group

• Leads and participates in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents; interacts with Management, Architects, and Leads in a one-to-one or one-to-many meeting format.

• Active participation in all phases of the product development lifecycle (Requirement Gathering, Design, Coding, Testing, and Release) following a structured engineering process to ensure quality and reliability.

• Design & develop UI, Unit test code & Control Algorithms.

• Conduct root cause analyses and provide solutions for software application challenges.

• Collaborate with external and internal customers, such as Product Management, Cybersecurity Team, Product Owner, Stackholders and other Engineering teams during the product development life cycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in computer science / electronics/ E&TC/ Instrumentation engineering

• 7+ yrs of software development experience in C#.net and WPF with MVVM

Skills:

• Excellent software design and development skills in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visual Studio environment

• Experience with software development life cycle including requirements, design, development, and testing

• Experience with multi-threaded programming

• Proficient with Agile concepts

• Experience in handling MFC for windows application development

• Experience with ALM Software such as Source control, JIRA,Confluence, TFS

• Understanding of Microservices.

• Good to have knowledge of

• React.JS

• Node.JS

• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff

• Generate ideas and innovative solutions which will provide competitive edge to business products.

• Estimate work load, establish and maintain project schedules and monitor progress through the project execution phases

• Train, develop & motivate junior developers and build strong develop team.

• Developing High-Performing Applications: You’ll craft end-to-end UI applications that scale well and deliver exceptional performance.

• Develop supporting engineering documentation including software requirements specifications, design documentation, release notes.

• Active participation in design & code review

• Prepares and presents training material for external and internal customers.

• Communicates technical concepts and information to internal staff/peers and stakeholders; strong verbal, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills required. Identifies opportunities for process, tools, and test methodology improvements, and drives those from concept to implementation.
