The team you will be a part of:

The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.

This role in summary:

To act as a team lead and an individual contributor (both) for delivering reporting, analytics and accounting support for global finance teams across multiple regions including US (NAR)

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Corp FP&A month end closing and global reporting

  2. Drive TPC/TCS daily and weekly reporting

  3. Preparation & posting month end JE’s

  4. Tableau dashboard reportings (Budget Vs. Actual), variance analysis etc.

  5. Tableau dashboard development and maintenance

  6. Team handling for Corp FP&A ,TCQ and TPC/TCS vertical

  7. Managing process KPI and deliver on SLAs

  8. Managing the expectations of stakeholders and handling their weekly/monthly calls and queries.

  9. Should be flexible to stretch during month end and other Ad-hoc requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Education: B. COM + C.A/CMA-Inter/MBA(Finance)

  • Experience : 5-8 Years Experience

  • Should be flexible with working hours- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Preferred skills and experiences:

Functional Competencies:

  • Very Good Communication Skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel, SAP

  • Knowledge ( FICO – Expert),Google Data Studio & Tableau

  • Senior Level Stakeholders Management
