Purpose of Job

Responsible for all processes of Quality Assurance & EHS & continual Improvement of factory activities.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Responsible for implementation of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485: 2016 requirements to monitor & improve product quality.

• Also responsible for Environment management System ISO 14001:2015 & Occupational, Health & Safety ISO 45001:2018

• Scrutiny of Quality Management System with respect to its application and efficiency. Analize data and identify trends to prevent quality issues.

• Work with other depts viz. production, QC, Store etc. to identify & resolve quality issues.

• Preparation of CAPA and its verification & timely closure

• Conduct inspections & Internal /External Quality audits to compliance with quality standards.

• Management review as per plan & Continual improvement.

• To manage QMS software SMARTSOLVE efficiently

• Complaint Handling and its investigation.

• Conduct safety inspections, identify & close potential hazards & other EHS gaps in the workplace.

• Develop and implement safety procedures & programs as well as able to face Quarterly EHS Management Review.

• OHSAS adherence & continuous improvement

• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.

• Manage waste disposal and environmental impact.

• Responsible for Quality & Safety Patrol rounds in factory premises & timely closure of Open points

• Train employees on Quality, Safety protocols and emergency procedures.

• Maintain calibration / Preventive Maintenance schedule

• Responsible for preparing & maintaining all documents Related to QMS.

• Stay up to date on relevant quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma with Mech/Chemical/Electrical/Biotech Engineering with minimum 5 years experience

• ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2016

• ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018

• CAPA Procedure.

• 6S & 7QC Tool.

• Handling Customer complaint

• Leadership, Decision making, Good communication & presentation Skills, Training to associates
