WTW Senior Technical Consultant - Technical Director (ICT_TECH TC_2024_08R) in Gurgaon, India

  • ROLE-

  • The Technology Consulting function in ICT provides a range of consulting services relating to Insurance Technology’s software products and enterprise platforms. These consulting services include:

  • Pre-sales for software opportunities, especially for complex client solutions

  • Delivery and program management of complex technology projects

  • Solution architecture

  • Implementation of complex solutions including global rollouts, SaaS / Cloud implementations, Unify, IFRS17 and Radar Live

  • Software product installation

  • Data architecture and consulting

  • CIO / senior client engagement

  • The Director role is a leadership position within the Technology Consulting function in ICT and is accountable for driving the success of the function.

  • The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging at all levels of seniority across the WTW and client organizations, bringing a blend of problem solving, delivery and commercial experience.

  • As a Director in Technology Consulting, you will have an opportunity to proactively contribute to the growth of our ICT business, develop and take to market technology propositions, continuously develop and improve the capability of our team, drive complex and high-value programmed of work for our clients, and develop your career and experience in both insurance and technology.

  • The role reports to the Director of Technology Consulting APAC but will also have other key stakeholders within the WTW ICT business related to geography, market sectors and proposition.

Requirement -

  • 8+ years’ experience in a technology consulting, professional services or client facing software organization.

  • Ability to lead technology consulting or technology project teams.

  • Ability to lead sales engagements in a technology consulting / software environment.

  • Ability to manage complex delivery projects and client relationships.

  • Technical background / experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Enterprise / technical architecture

  • Enterprise cloud environments

  • Integration and data architecture / implementation

  • Packaged software implementation

  • Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure Cloud)

  • Ability to establish meaningful client and colleague relationships at all levels of seniority, being seen as a trusted advisor.
