Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will play a key role in troubleshooting network issues, identifying new requirements, and designing and implementing network solutions to ensure optimal performance. You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve network issues that may arise in a Data Center (DC) environment.

  • Analyze and diagnose network problems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex network challenges.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify new network requirements.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of business needs to determine network expansion or modification requirements.

  • Propose and implement solutions to meet evolving network demands.

  • Experience of leading the technical team. Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Network Engineer with 4 - 6 years' experience

  • Evaluate the current state of the network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.

  • Generate comprehensive reports on network performance, highlighting potential areas of concern and improvement.

  • Choose appropriate hardware and software solutions to meet the organization's network requirements.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with industry best practices.

  • Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business.

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate - Routing and Switching (CCNA-R/S)

  • Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts.
