Job Description

PURPOSE

  • Bridging the gap between business objectives and talent development within their respective BU.

  • Dedicated to diagnosing business needs, formulating comprehensive learning strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of learning projects that align with business goals and facilitate team growth.

  • Acts as a catalyst for enhancing management capabilities through targeted training interventions, thereby contributing to the strategic success and competitive edge of the BU.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Needs Diagnosis and Integration: Responsible for synthesizing the needs of the assigned business line, understanding product and sales strategies, and identifying and diagnosing key challenges in strategy implementation.

  • Learning Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive learning strategy for the BU, ensuring learning activities align with business objectives and support team development needs.

  • Project Initiation and Implementation: Play a leading or core team member role in transforming needs into projects, participating in the entire process from project design to implementation, ensuring project outcomes meet predetermined objectives and align with business strategy.

  • Regional Collaboration and Feedback: Gain deep insights into strategy implementation effectiveness and core project execution through field visits, proposing practical improvement measures.

  • Management Course Delivery: Responsible for delivering management courses to enhance the team's management capabilities.

  • Coordination with BU In-house Trainers: Liaise with BU in-house trainers, coordinating and organizing the work of the in-house trainer team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

Bachelor’s degree

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in team management or marketing roles.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Business Insight and Consulting Ability: Possess strong business understanding and insight, capable of conducting in-depth analysis and diagnosis of the responsible business line, offering effective consultancy and solution strategies.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and teamwork ability, able to work smoothly in a multi-department cooperation environment, advancing the implementation of projects and solutions.

  • Proactive Responsibility: Show high levels of initiative and responsibility, actively seeking solutions to challenges and proactively identifying potential issues while mobilizing necessary resources.

  • Requirement Integration and Project Advancement: Effectively integrate business needs, acting as a pivotal figure in projects, driving them from initiation to successful implementation, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

  • Teaching and Training Skills: Have a deep understanding of management knowledge, capable of effectively delivering management courses.
