UL, LLC Customer Service Professional I (with proficient Korean) in Guangzhou, China

Manages the customer relationship by coordinating all customer service processes relating to Invoice and Billing.

  • Uses skills and knowledge to resolve Invoice and Billing requests that are received from internal and external customers

  • Receives inquiries from customers from various sources (phone and email), answers questions and/or resolves individual requests promptly.

  • Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer Invoice and Billing inquiries and supporting a smooth communication between customers and UL teams

  • Provides support for non-technical customer requests, including questions/issues such as billing inquiries, service requests and general UL information.

  • Actively participates in project teams to continuously improve service to the customer and increase automation

  • Dispute Management skills

  • Collection skills a plus

  • Performs other duties as required.

  • College degree plus two or more years of Customer Service, Collection's experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to respond appropriately to customer needs. Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse global team. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills a must

  • Proficient English, Korean & Chinese
