3rd Shift Direct Hire Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic manufacturing team, dedicated to maintaining equipment used in the production of body washes, soaps, and hand sanitizers. The successful candidates will troubleshoot and maintain labelers, fillers, and capping machines.

Pay: $30-$36/hour + quarterly incentive bonuses*

Shift: 12 Hour PM Shift 2-2-3 6PM-6AM

Hard Skills

• Industrial Maintenance Experience in a GMP environment

• Maintaining pneumatic systems

• Troubleshooting mechanical equipment

Work Environment

Clean, high-speed equipment environment. The work is fast-paced, covering three different focuses: soaps and body washes, alcohol-based compounding for fragrance mists, and sanitizers.

Benefits:

(Eligible after 30 days) Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA with 4% employer contribution | 401K Plan – through Fidelity 100% employer contribution up to 3% after 60 days of employment.

UPTO/PTO: 3.08 hours accrued bi-weekly up-to 80 hours per calendar year + 40 hours of UPTO on day 1. Raised to 120 hours after 5 full years of employment.
