My client is a nationwide Healthcare Services company headquartered in Colorado to place their next Staff Accountant! This Staff Accountant position is offering huge growth opportunities, a fun and driven team, generous benefits and PTO plan, and is paying up to $65K + bonus!

Primary job duties for the Staff Accountant include:

• Daily/monthly revenue and bank reconciliation processes for an assigned portfolio of locations

• Reconcile revenue and bank transactions and sub-ledgers daily

• Regularly reconcile and perform cash transfers between the corporate cash accounts and the various bank accounts.

• Review GL for accuracy and timeliness of transactions

• Review trend and variance analysis of P& L Statements for assigned portfolio

• Hold monthly calls with Regional Directors to discuss financial performance of assigned portfolio

• Work closely with the Sr. Accountants and Corporate Accountants to help research and answer questions and requests by the Regional Directors and Doctors

• Assist in the month end close process by preparing journal entries and postings as needed to ensure timely financial reporting.

• Must meet tight deadlines and be able to work independently, but also be able and willing to support the entire team.

• Provide support during audit testing as requested

  Requirements

Requirements for the Staff Accountant include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Econ, Math, or related

• 1-2 years of accounting experience

• Familiarity with the P& L

• Familiarity with bank recs

• Excel (pivots, v lookups)

• Hungry, looking for growth
