Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Property Accountant. The ideal Property Accountant will have a degree in Accounting and want to start their career in Property Accounting. Your responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearend financial statements/reporting packages

• Create account reconciliations and journal entries

• Analyze and coordinating a variety of financial data and reporting it in a clear, useful manner

• Support management reporting by preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses

• Sustain fixed-asset ledger, depreciation and reconciliation

  Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting is required

• 1+ years of solid GL Accounting experience
