TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Description:

-Handling inquiries from customers regarding orders, product information, troubleshooting and warranty issues regarding outdoor fire features.

-Will be taking inquiries in the form of phone, text, email or chat.

  • Respond to warranty/technical questions (phone and email) to collect information necessary to define customer concerns - elevate if necessary to ensure appropriate resolution.

-Entering orders through ERP system.

-Organize returns - this involves documenting, check-in, categorizing, and processing these.

-About 10-15 calls a day, around 10-15 minutes each

Qualifications:

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel , copy, paste, basic formulas, Outlook, Teams)

-HS Diploma

-1-2 years of customer service experience (i.e. call center working with troubleshooting or in-person customer service troubleshooting parts/products or technical product)

NICE TO HAVE:

-Previous order entry experience

-Experience in EPICOR (ERP system) - transitioning to this in October

-Knowledge of QuickBooks

-Knowledge of Gas, Plumbing or Outdoor Appliances Products
