A Manufacturing Product Preparation Engineer is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This role involves overseeing the transition of products from development to full production readiness, ensuring alignment with company standards, coordinating manufacturing activities, introducing product changes smoothly.

responsibilities:

• Transition products from development to full production readiness.

• Ensure alignment of products with company Production System and Future Factory Concept.

• Establish clear and commonly shared product requirements for the dedicated area of responsibility.

• Coordinate activities of Manufacturing Solution Engineers within production effectively.

• Introduce product changes into the industrial system without disturbance, meeting set targets.

• Create requirements and specifications for production test tools, collaborating with development teams or product test engineers.

• Develop and define product support plans.

Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
